Prices and programs are subject to change without notice throughout the season. California State Transportation Fees and or Sonoma County Accommodation taxes of 7.75 to 11% may be added to the total price. Gratuities are not automatically included unless specified by guest.

Basic Company Policies
At least a 72 hour notice must be given for cancellations or changes. Groups of 4 or more require 7 days notice and holiday bookings require 14 days notice. Cancellations made after these periods may result in a 100% charge or forfeiture of voucher. Cancellations for those without a prepaid flight voucher will incur a $25 service charge for all cancellations. Under certain circumstances, as approved by management, passengers canceling within 72 hours may be rescheduled on a standby basis. Flight vouchers are non-refundable and expire at the end of the month stated as the expiration date. Flight voucher extensions are available at a cost of $25 per person for an additional 6 months beyond the expiration date.
